The Lakeview Painting Team

Ben is a fifth generation painter and has been involved in painting almost his entire life.  He started learning the trade from his dad and uncle at the young age of 12 and continued to do painting work during the summer and on some weekends all throughout high school and college.  After graduating from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Ben officially started The Lakeview Painting Co.  Watching the process of fresh paint completely transforming the look in someone’s home and seeing how happy that updated look makes them is his favorite part of the job. 

Ben’s number 1 hobby is all about music--playing the guitar, writing and recording songs, and playing in a band with Tom.  He also enjoys running and reading.  He lives with his wife and their dog, Fonzie, in Brunswick.  

Like Ben, Tom is a fifth generation painter that started learning the trade at age 12.  Tom continued painting with Ben and partnered up with him shortly after he started the Lakeview Painting Company.  Tom has also completed his bachelor's degree in business administration from Cleveland State University.  Meeting all of the amazing clients that they paint for is Tom's favorite part of the job.  He feels lucky to work for so many kind, wonderful people, and enjoys leaving their home with a fresh, clean paint job that they are excited to show off.  

Tom is also a musician and songwriter.  He plays drums, bass, and guitar, and has fun playing in a band with Ben.  He also enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two kids.  They live in Fairview Park with their dog, Telly.    

Dan has been working with The Lakeview Painting Co. since May 2018.  When he was hired, he only had about a year of painting experience under his belt, but he was a hard worker and he was dedicated to learning as much as he could about painting.  He quickly became a valuable member of our team and has become highly proficient in the whole painting process from start to finish.  Dan is also responsible for managing our supply inventory and making sure we have what we need to complete the task at hand.  

Dan has lived in the Cleveland area his entire life and he has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Cleveland State University.  He is also a veteran and served in The United States Air Force from 2013-2017.  When he isn’t painting, family time is a top priority for Dan.  He enjoys movie nights, going on walks, and playing games with his wife and 2 children.  He is also a dog lover and has 3 dogs—Morty, Flash, and Juniper.
